When we find a really good article that you might enjoy, we like to pass it on. This one by Laura Mueller gives you some insight into pros and cons of buying new construction versus something already built:
It took about six months of searching real estate listings before my husband and I settled on buying a new construction home. The properties in our price range would all need significant updates and renovations to get them looking how we wanted, and when you’ve already spent big on the purchase price, it’s hard to find the extra funds for customization and add-ons. Realtor.com published the following article on August 3, 2020 entitled Home Sells in a Mere 12 Hours after Remote Staging. The article by Melissa Dittman Tracey reviewed how Home Stager Francesca Mahoney was able to transform a space without ever stepping foot inside. See what she has to say:

According to the National Association of Realtors, 87% of buyers purchased their home through a real estate agent or broker in 2017, a share that has been increasing steadily from 69% in 2001.[1] The vast majority of sellers also relied on real estate agents; only 8% of sellers sold their homes on their own.
As of March 2019, the average annual earnings for real estate sales agents was $42,055.[2] How much money agents make each year depends on a number of factors, including the number of transactions they complete, the commission paid to the brokerage and the agent's spilt with the sponsoring broker. Here, we take a look at how real estate agents are paid.

There’s a good chance they could use a cleaning or a quick paint touch up. Replacing doors can be costly and should be avoided unless your doors are in complete disrepair.
Bedrooms: If there’s a young child or teenager living in the house, doors might be covered in posters, decorations, or worst of all, stickers. It’s best to take these down and. ...
